Lisa received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2003 and holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a master’s degree in psychology from Boston University.  She specialized in corporate and real estate law, practicing at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and working in-house.  At O’Melveny, Lisa actively recruited candidates, served as an associate-mentor, and participated in the firm's Associates' Advisory Committee.  Lisa also volunteered as a law school career counselor and advised Stanford law students on a range of career-related issues.
